Regular registration fee for authors is 530 USD.
Full-time student registration (first author) is 500 USD; a valid student ID must be presented upon registration.
Each individual registration covers exactly one paper for the corresponding author.
Sponsors or research teams with multiple papers should contact the secretary; maximum 2 papers per author.
Payments made from outside China must follow the current market exchange rates at the time of transaction.
The fee includes conference materials, lunch, coffee breaks, registration kits, and full access to the Industrial Showcase sessions.
At least one author per paper must present their work in person, via pre-recorded video, or as a poster.
Attendance or presentation without formal publication is possible; please email us for the application process.
Ensure all transfer fees match the banking system and that invoice details provided are accurate for institutional processing.
Exclusions: The conference fee does not cover travel, visas, or lodging expenses.
