1. Poster Dimensions

The standard format is ISO A1 Size (594 × 841 mm). The layout must be in Portrait orientation to fit the standardized display boards.

2. Poster Content

Header Structure: Include the conference short name, Paper ID, and Paper Title at the top.

Readability: Keep text brief and legible from at least five feet away.

Narrative Flow: Use text to introduce the study, explain visuals, and highlight significant data trends or interpretations.

Visual Impact: Use color figures with brief titles to make the poster attractive and emphasize key technical content.

Integration: Ensure that text and visuals are seamlessly integrated for better flow.

3. Poster Display

Authors are responsible for mounting their posters during the morning of the day of your poster session. All materials must be removed by the conclusion of the day's final session.
